Periodically, we may update this policy in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, or changes to our services. When such changes occur, we will update the Privacy Policy link on our platform. Information We Collect and Receive

At Forget Me Not, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and process your information for specific purposes and upon lawful grounds, always ensuring transparency, fairness, and respect for your rights.Forget Me Not may collect and receive Customer Data and other information and data (“Other Information”) in a variety of ways and in different capacities. When we collect Other Information from you, we will be the data controller.

Information we get from your employer.

We may receive information or data (collectively, “Customer Data”) from your employer or organisation (our client), who will have a contractual relationship with Forget Me Not to provide learning to you (its employees or members).

Sensitive Information:

We do not knowingly collect, use, or require any sensitive personal information. We urge our Registered Users not to provide any sensitive information, such as racial origin, political beliefs, religious beliefs, criminal convictions, etc. If we discover any such information, we reserve the right to remove it immediately.

Registered Users:

A "Registered User" refers to:
1. An individual licensed to use our Services.
2. An individual identified by a company licensed to use the Services.
When using our Services, Forget Me Not collects and stores the Registered User’s name and email address. This information helps in identification during login and in sending application notifications when required.
Registered Users can optionally create a profile, which might include a profile picture and/or a bio. Though this is optional, users can view or amend this information at any time under the Account section.
Additionally, Registered Users might enrol in one or more learning series. As part of this enrolment, users will answer questions over time and access content. Forget Me Not stores these responses and activities to inform future question delivery and content presentations.

We collect information about you and your employer/company as you register for an account with us, create or modify your profile, use, access or interact with our services or websites (including but not limited to when you upload, download, collaborate on or share content, including photos and videos). For example, when you sign up for an account with us, we may ask you to supply us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to first name, last name and email address. We may present your name or email address to other users in your organisation, or otherwise associated with your account in order to assist in communication, sharing or recommendations.

• The email address associated with your Forget Me Not account          
• A clear statement that you wish to delete your accountUpon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and confirm the account deletion. We will respond to your request within [insert timeframe, e.g., 30 days] of receipt.

Types of Data Deleted:            
Personal Information: All personal information associated with your account, including your name, email address, and profile information.

How we Share and Disclose Information

We do not share personal information with third parties unless one of the following circumstances apply:

· With account administrators (such as your employer): If your account is managed for you by an organisation administrator (such as your employer) then your organisation’s administrator and resellers who provide support to your organisation will have access to your information (including your email and other data). - view statistics regarding your account;
- change your account password;
- suspend or terminate your account access;
- access or retain information stored as part of your account;
- receive your account information in order to satisfy applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request;
- restrict your ability to delete or edit information.

· With third party service providers:

- third party service providers for the purpose of enabling them to provide their services, including (without limitation) IT service providers, data storage or management, web-hosting and server providers, data analytics or reporting providers, finance systems, cyber security providers, testing, research and alert tools, email service providers and payment system operators;
