Play your part in protecting older Australians from abuse and neglect! Care workers are the eyes and ears for our older Australians. They are likely to be the first person to see or hear about a serious incident. Build their knowledge a few minutes each workday. This will help protect the rights of older Australians and ensure that serious incidents are properly reported.
Through this set, learners will be able to identify different types of serious incidents so that they can tell their manager when they happen.
